1. Overview

At AapkeSitare, we are committed to a fair and transparent refund experience. This policy applies to all services on our platform: digital reports, live consultation (talk/chat), Puja services, and physical store products. Please read each section carefully before placing your order.

Customers are requested to exercise due discretion and care before placing orders. Refunds are not issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with astrological predictions, suggestions, or remedies, as these involve personal belief and interpretation.

 

  A. REPORTS (Digital Astrological Reports) 

 

A1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel a report order within ONE (1) HOUR of placing it by emailing support@aapkesitare.com. Once the report has been allocated to an astrologer for processing, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Delivery timeframes are approximate. Since reports are personalised and manually prepared, minor human delays may occur. Such delays will not be treated as grounds for a refund.

 

A3. Incorrect Data Submitted by Customer

⚠️  Important

Refund requests citing incorrect birth details (date, time, or place) provided by the customer will NOT be entertained under any circumstances. Please double-check all data before submission. If you notice an error, email support@aapkesitare.com within ONE HOUR of ordering.

 

A4. Defective or Blank Report

If the report received is significantly defective, blank, or does not correspond to the details submitted, please contact support@aapkesitare.com within 48 hours of receipt. We may offer a re-generation of the report or a wallet credit at our discretion.

 

  B. TALK TO ASTROLOGER (Call & Chat Sessions) 

 

B1. General Non-Refundability

Once you have initiated and paid for a Talk to Astrologer or Chat session, refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances for completed sessions. Consultation minutes are credited to your account instantly upon payment.

 

⚑  Instant Credit Confirmation

Talk to Astrologer minutes are credited to your account INSTANTLY on submission of your payment details, including your registered mobile number. If you do not see the credit reflected within 5 minutes of payment, please contact support@aapkesitare.com before initiating any session.

 

B2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Wallet credits (not cash refunds) may be issued in the following specific situations:

  • Session not connected: Your wallet was debited but the consultation did not connect due to a technical fault on our platform.
  • Session disconnected within 2 minutes due to a platform technical issue (not the user's network): charges will be reversed to your wallet.
  • Astrologer no-show: You initiated a session, were charged, but the astrologer failed to join within a reasonable time.

If a session disconnection was caused by a poor network connection or device issue on the user's end, no refund or wallet credit will be applicable.

 

  C. STORE PRODUCTS (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantra, Idols & More)

AapkeSitare sources authentic Gemstones, Rudraksha, and Yantras directly from their origin sources. Before every shipment, products undergo a multi-level quality inspection. We keep customers informed throughout the order process by sharing photographs of the actual product before dispatch.

 

C4. Returns of Shipped Products

Due to the personalised and ritually energised nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns of physical products once the order has been shipped. In case of any discrepancy between the product and its description, please contact our Customer Support BEFORE the product is shipped.

 

If you wish to change your product, contact our Customer Support before we ship. All exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Management on a case-to-case basis.

 

C5. Cancellation After Delivery — Manufacturing Defect or Shipment Damage

If you identify a manufacturing defect or shipment damage after receipt, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of receipt. No replacement request will be entertained after the expiry of 48 hours from delivery.

To initiate a replacement, email support@aapkesitare.com with:

  1. Your order ID and registered mobile number.
  2. Clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
  3. A brief description of the issue.

C7. Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Each country imposes its own customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. We do not assume any responsibility for these duties and taxes as they are outside our control. It is entirely the responsibility of the buyer to settle any customs duties with their local customs authority. In most countries, import duty on such items ranges around 1%; however, rates vary and may change.

πŸ”  International Order Cancellation After Dispatch

If a customer cancels or refuses an international order AFTER it has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for any VAT or customs duties charged by their country when returning the package. A refund of the balance amount (after deducting all applicable fees, duties, and VAT) will be processed only after we receive the returned item.

No refund will be issued on the basis of expectations about the results or outcomes of a Puja. Puja is a spiritual and faith-based service; AapkeSitare does not guarantee any specific worldly results.

 

  E. WALLET TOP-UPS & BALANCE 

 

E1. General Non-Refundability

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited. The wallet balance is intended for use on consultation sessions, reports, and products available on the platform. Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

E2. Eligible Refund Exceptions for Wallet Top-Ups

  • Duplicate transaction: You were charged more than once for a single intended top-up.
  • Failed transaction with deduction: Your bank was debited but the wallet was not credited.
  • Technical error: A confirmed platform error resulted in an incorrect charge.
  • Account termination by AapkeSitare without cause: Unused wallet balance will be refunded.

 

  F. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND 

 

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Email support@aapkesitare.com (subject: "Refund Request – [Order ID]").
  2. Include your registered mobile number, order ID or transaction reference, date of transaction, and a clear description of the issue (with photographs for physical product issues).
  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and communicate the decision.
  4. Approved refunds: Wallet credits processed within 24 hours. Refunds to original payment method processed within 7–15 business days.

 

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, escalate to: support@aapkesitare.com (subject: "Escalation – Refund Request"). We aim to resolve all escalated disputes within 10 business days.

 

G. Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable on the basis of dissatisfaction with astrological predictions, advice, or remedies suggested, as these are matters of personal belief and interpretation.
  • Fraudulent refund claims will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
  • All refunds, returns, and upgrades are at the sole discretion and case-to-case decision of AapkeSitare Management.
  • AapkeSitare reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
