At Aapke Sitare, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
  • The item was not delivered within the promised timeframe and is confirmed lost in transit.
  • A duplicate/accidental payment was made for the same order.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the order has been shipped.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of order.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.

4. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, please contact us using the details below. You will need to provide:

  • Your Order ID / Transaction reference number
  • A brief reason for the refund request
  • Photographs of the product (if damaged or defective)

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds for UPI/PhonePe payments are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
