Thank you for shopping with Aapke Sitare. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Please Note: Aapke Sitare currently does not support product returns due to the nature of the items sold. All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and dispatched.

1. Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Our products are personal-use items that cannot be resold once opened or used for hygiene and quality assurance reasons. To ensure every customer receives a fresh, genuine product, we do not accept returns.

2. Exceptions – When We Will Help

Although we do not accept general returns, we will take full responsibility in the following exceptional situations:

  • Damaged product: If your item arrives broken, damaged, or in an unusable condition.
  • Wrong item received: If we shipped you an item different from what you ordered.
  • Missing items: If part of your order was not included in the delivery.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Report an Issue

If your order falls under any of the exceptions above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A photo or video of the received item clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your case and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Policy

For approved cases, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
