Shipping Policy

At Aapke Sitare, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At checkout, if your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. You can use this to track the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will either re-ship the item or issue a full refund.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please:

• Take a photo/video of the package before opening
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share the evidence along with your Order ID

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
