AapkeSitare – For Registered Astrologer Partners

1. Acceptance & Scope

These Astrologer Terms & Conditions ("Astrologer Terms") govern the relationship between AapkeSitare ("Platform") and individuals who register as astrologers, numerologists, tarot readers, palmists, or any other consultative practitioner ("Astrologer Partner" or "you") on the platform. By completing the astrologer registration process and/or providing consultation services on AapkeSitare, you agree to be legally bound by these Astrologer Terms as well as the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as an Astrologer Partner.
• You must possess genuine expertise, knowledge, and verifiable experience in your declared area of practice.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date Registration Data including your full name, mobile number, email, area of expertise, years of experience, and qualifications.
• You must complete AapkeSitare's KYC verification process by submitting valid government-issued photo ID and bank account/UPI details for payout processing.
• AapkeSitare reserves the right to reject any application or suspend any account that fails verification or provides false information.

3. Multi-Level Screening

All Astrologer Partners undergo a multi-level screening process before going live on the platform. This includes:

• Review of declared qualifications, certifications, and experience.
• Language proficiency assessment.
• Area of expertise verification through test consultation or knowledge assessment.
• KYC identity verification.

AapkeSitare reserves the right to re-verify credentials at any time and to remove any Astrologer Partner who no longer meets platform standards.

4. Consultation Standards & Conduct

As an Astrologer Partner, you agree to:

• Conduct all consultations with professionalism, empathy, and in the best interest of the user.
• Provide guidance honestly and to the best of your ability. Do not make false promises or guarantee specific outcomes.
• Maintain availability during your declared online hours and respond to session requests promptly.
• Not engage in or encourage any form of black magic, negative practices, or unethical remedies.
• Not solicit users for off-platform contact, payments, or services under any circumstances.
• Not share, record, or reproduce user consultation content outside the platform.
• Treat all users with dignity and respect regardless of gender, religion, caste, or background.
• Not discuss topics related to death dates, afterlife predictions, or matters that breach the sanctity of astrological practice.

5. Earnings, Charges & Payouts

• You earn a per-minute rate for every live call or chat session completed on the platform. Your rate is set in agreement with AapkeSitare and may be revised periodically.
• AapkeSitare deducts its platform service fee (commission percentage as communicated during onboarding) from each session's earnings before calculating your payout.
• Earnings are accumulated in your Astrologer Wallet and disbursed to your registered bank account or UPI ID on the scheduled payout cycle (weekly or as agreed).
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted from payouts as per applicable Indian tax regulations. You are responsible for filing your own income tax returns on earnings received.
• In the event of a disputed session or user complaint, the relevant session earnings may be withheld pending investigation. AapkeSitare's decision on such disputes shall be final.

6. Session Quality & Ratings

AapkeSitare continuously monitors session quality through user ratings and feedback. Astrologer Partners are expected to maintain a minimum average rating as communicated in the Astrologer Portal guidelines. Persistent low ratings or negative feedback may result in:

• A formal quality review and coaching communication.
• Temporary suspension from receiving new session requests.
• Permanent removal from the platform at AapkeSitare's discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Any astrological content, articles, blog posts, reports, or other materials created by you exclusively for AapkeSitare and published on the platform become the intellectual property of AapkeSitare unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your general astrological knowledge and methodology remain your own intellectual property.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all user information and consultation content. You further agree not to disclose any proprietary platform information, internal pricing, commission structures, or operational data to any third party during or after your association with AapkeSitare.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Astrologer Partner relationship by giving 7 days' written notice to support@aapkesitare.com. AapkeSitare may terminate immediately and without notice for:

• Breach of any of these Astrologer Terms or the general Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct.
• Off-platform solicitation of users.
• Breach of user confidentiality.
• Conduct that brings disrepute to the platform.

Upon termination, any pending payout balance (net of any amounts under dispute) will be disbursed within 30 days, subject to applicable deductions.

10. Limitation of Liability

AapkeSitare's liability to any Astrologer Partner for any claim arising under these Astrologer Terms shall be limited to the total earnings disbursed to that Astrologer Partner in the 30 days preceding the claim. AapkeSitare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Astrologer Partner's use of or inability to use the platform.

11. Amendments

AapkeSitare reserves the right to amend these Astrologer Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or posted in the Astrologer Portal. Continued use of the platform after notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Astrologer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be India and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
